I purchased Brown boots pre-season and appreciated the width/ and ease of putting on and taking off the boot. I enjoyed the stretchy material built into the boot. I found the boots comfortable to wear, and room for socks.I was highly disappointed after minimum use, , no snow, a noticeable tarnished looking spot appeared on the toe of the brown boots.My observation, possibly the boot color didn't adhere properly. This same issue is seen in photos of previous reviews. From my observations, it appears to be a pattern of defective, not corrected. Unfortunately, I waited to wear the boots, placing myself outside the window of return by a few days.Encourage buyers to wear the brown boots within 30 days several times to ensure product quality. Lesson learned.🙃update, The company did reach out and offer a refund after posting the review. Appreciated their response.

Chelsea boots might be a trend but they go with everything and you’ll wear these for years. I wore them walking in a mall for hours on day 1 and my feet didn’t hurt. Loved them so much I bought brown too. No half sizes, I sized down and they’re perfect. Quality boot.

EDIT: The seller contacted me to rectify this issue. I'm updating my review because any company that stands by their products and ensure customer satisfaction deserves a 5 star!!!

These boots are great. They are stylish and comfortable. They run a bit big so I needed to go one size down (normally a 7, bought a 6). The non slip bottoms work very well. Even though they aren't lined, they are actually still quite warm. The only complaint I have is the back hoop of one of the boots arrived ripped. Sadly I didn't realize this until I have already worn them once so I can't exchange them. Disappointed in the defect but everything else checks the box. Would have been 5 stars if it weren't for the hoop.
