DAY ONE:

With almost 300 MouseFesters on board, things are hopping on this cruise. Many folks arrived at the port and picked up their MouseFest badges and assorted goodies for the cruise. Approximately 50 MouseFest attendees were on Deck 10 for the Sail Away party. The skies were clouding over, but that didn't dampen our spirits, and folks danced to the countdown wtih Mickey and Minnie! The streamers filled the air, the horn sounded and we were soon on our way. Later that evening, Ray Sharpton of Tagrel.com hosted the Wonderful Magical Christmas Tree Lighting. Once again, a number of MouseFest attendees were in the atrium to enjoy the ceremony. Mickey, Minnie, Pluto and SAnta Goofy each made their grand entrance down the staircase and we all sang a few carols. It was a special moment as the lights were turned on, snow started falling into the atrium -- everyone was excited... it seemed as if that made the ship come alive. Dinner and then off to bed for our next day at Nassau...
