Disney College Program Applications Now OPEN for Spring 2024

Do you dream of being able to work at the Most Magical Place on Earth?

Being a Cast Member is a dream for many!

Then let us tell you about the Disney College Program, which helps both college and graduate students do JUST that by giving them an internship program to work at Disney World while getting college credits. So why are we mentioning this now? We want to let you know that applications for the Disney College Program are now open for Spring 2024.

Now, don’t get us wrong — the application process is very competitive and only select students will get the opportunity to join. However, those who participate in the program get a chance to work in a variety of positions at Disney World, including jobs for attractions operations, food service, custodial, and more. You might even get an opportunity to work as a character attendant, character performer, or lifeguard.

We love Cast Members!

So how can you apply? Well, you need to be at least 18 years old and currently enrolled and taking classes or having graduated from an accredited U.S. college, university, or other higher education program within 24 months of applying. If you qualify, you need to head on over to the Disney College Program site and fill out an application online.

Select candidates will then be contacted and invited to a 30-minute phone interview with a recruiter. If chosen, you’ll receive an offer to pay a Program Participation Fee within 7 days of your program date. A Housing Fee is then due six weeks before your arrival if you choose to use onsite housing at Flamingo Crossings Village. You’ll find out what your role at Disney World will be within four weeks of your arrival date.
