Disney hotels are often unmatched.
It’s hard to beat the location, convenience, amenities, and of course — the theming! The Villas at Disneyland Hotel is ready to welcome guests and marks the company’s 16th Disney Vacation Club property. The hotel celebrates “the magic of creativity,” and we’re bringing you with us to check it all out!
The 12-story building has a colorful facade, but inside, you’ll find rooms themed to The Jungle Book, Sleeping Beauty, The Princess and the Frog, and Fantasia. The room options include duo studios, deluxe studios, one-bedroom villas, two-bedroom villas, and a multi-level three-bedroom Grand Villa.
There was an entire opening ceremony complete with Disney characters…
…and Cast Members waving from the balconies.
We were lucky enough to get a tour, so come check it out with us!
Starting in the lobby, you’ll find some seating…
…and this huge, gorgeous mural full of Disney characters.
Then it was time to head up toward the guest rooms. The hallways are shaped like the iconic Disneyland “D”.
The wallpaper is also very sparkly and covered in silhouettes of Disney characters.
Let’s start with the Duo Studio room. This is the smallest room meant for two people at 250 square feet. Wow!
It’s themed to The Jungle Book and you can see that in the details throughout the room.
The bathroom is small but has everything you could need.
Working our way up, check out the Deluxe Studios.Â
These rooms are themed to either Princess and the Frog or Sleeping Beauty, but the room we toured was themed around the latter.
The rug under the bed says “Once upon a dream.”
This room had a nice view of the pool area.
And here’s a look at the bathroom.
Next up, we toured a Princess and the Frog-themed 1-Bedroom Villa!Â
Our favorite part has to be the stunning art behind the bathtub. WOW.
The bedroom also has great theming and makes you feel immersed in the world of Disney.
This new section of the hotel also has 2-Bedroom Villas. We toured the Fantasia room and were blown away by the detail.
We love sitting and admiring the art in each room. It’s definitely a highlight!
There is a little kitchen area as well.
There are murphy beds ready to come down at bedtime in the living room area.
And last but certainly not least, we toured the 3-Bedroom Grand Villa! This is one of the most extravagant and beautiful Disney hotel rooms we’ve ever visited.
There is a full dining room…
…a staircase…
…that leads to themed bedrooms…
…and sleek bathrooms.
The best part? It has the be the HUGE balcony!
Can’t complain about the view!
We also got to take a look at the new pool for this area of the resort.
Check out the Steamboat Willie splash area!
There is plenty of seating for guests to enjoy a day by the pool.
We’ll continue to keep you updated with the latest news from Disneyland and Disney World, so stay tuned to AllEars for more!
