EXCLUSIVE Hotel Perk Confirmed for Disney World’s NEW Fort Wilderness Cabins!

Several of Disney World’s Resorts are under construction at the moment!

Fort Wilderness Resort

We’ve seen updates in progress at the BoardWalk Inn, the Grand Floridian, the Polynesian Village Resort, and of course, Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. At that last one, Disney is building hundreds of brand-new cabins that will be part of the Disney Vacation Club. And if you’re hoping to stay at one of those new cabins, you’ll be happy to know that they get a BIG perk!

The Disney World website has been updated to show that the Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort will be included in Extended Evening Hours!

Extended Evening Hours is a perk that’s exclusive to Deluxe Resorts, where you can get extra time in the parks at night after they close to other visitors. Extended Evening Hours happen on select nights at select parks, and that extra time can be REALLY helpful for knocking out rides with lower-than-usual wait times.

Since the Fort Wilderness Cabins will be Disney Vacation Club properties, it’s not surprising that they’re included on the list of hotels with this special perk. We can’t wait to try it out during a future stay!

These one-bedroom cabins sleep six people and have a bathroom, kitchen, and living space. They’re currently under construction, but available to book for dates starting July 1st, 2024.
