Listen up partners — we’ve got some BIG Disney dining news!
When Roundup Rodeo BBQ first opened its doors at Disney’s Hollywood Studios last year we cheered for a brand-new themed dining experience (and an all-you-care-to-enjoy meal). And while the food, the experience, and the theming blew us away, it’s also undergone some changes that we’re a bit divided on since its short time in operation. But, there’s one more tiny thing that would have made it that much better.
For just around a year now Roundup Rodeo BBQ has made us laugh until our sides hurt and filled our bellies with their delicious meals, but when we would get around to winding down our experience there was one thing that we felt like it was lacking.
Since its opening, dining discounts for Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club members have been notably missing from the popular Toy Story-themed restaurant. These are discounts that are typically applicable at most restaurants around Disney World’s theme parks and hotels.
However, when we heard rumblings that this may have changed, we set out to investigate. When we stopped by to ask a Cast Member working at the restaurant’s check-in stand, they confirmed with us that a 10% discount is now applicable for both APs and DVC members (excluding alcoholic beverages).
This certainly helps save a little more in your pocket when you choose to dine here and while the price for the value of the meal wasn’t outrageous comparably to similar restaurants around Disney World, this is a very welcomed change. We’re hoping this new discount will stay for the foreseeable future, and in the meantime, that appears to be the plan.

This is good news. Even better would be their offering of an a la carte menu. For those of us with smaller appetites, especially if dining solo, that would be the only feasible way to go to this restaurant.
