Huge Star Wars fan but that was not fun.
Was an engineer and my gunner son loved it, but simulators with the one seatbelt strap are painful, and there’s nothing like a ride where most of the time you’re not looking at the screen

Pros:

The walk inside the falcon was nice My kid had fun

Cons:

Everything else

We were very disappointed on our last visit to Disney World when we rode the Millennium Falcon at Star Wars in Hollywood Studios. We rode in the second and third set of seats in the Falcon and could not see in front of us except by leaning into the aisleway to look around the seats in front of us. The Imagineers should have done auditorium style seats so you could see over the seat in front of you. I'm sure the ride is awesome if you're in the first set of seats. As is, we weren't and were very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend for the time it takes to stand in line.

Pros:

Enjoyed the scenery while standing in line.

Cons:

Couldn't see from the second and third row seating.

Whoever designed this attraction clearly didn't realize that not everyone has immaculate peripheral vision. It was a huge mistake to put the buttons that everyone has top push at some point on the side vs right in front of you. They need to make either the buttons or the inside of the simulator brighter

Pros:

Hondo

Cons:

Fix the lighting/button placement

the rating of this ride really depends on the position you get. We rode twice, the fist time we were gunners and it was ok. The second time we were the pilots and it was so much more fun! We were horrible at it and the group behind us was getting annoyed, but it didn't bother us! lol!

Pros:

great for those who like Star Wars (my friend who loves SW was way more into it than I was since I don't like SW at all!)

Cons:

ride enjoyment really depends on your position (and, according to the people in our second group, who else is with you)

If you're a massive Star Wars fan, yeah, it's cool. And I'm sure it's cooler if you get to be the pilot. I like Star Wars, but I'm not a massive fan. I didn't necessarily dislike the ride, but I think it's kind of overhyped. Star Tours makes more more motion sick than this one, but I enjoy it more overall. I was the left gunner, and being right handed, that was annoying and kind of difficult. And since I was trying to reach across my body because I wasn't doing very well left handed, I was having trouble watching what was actually going on, so I really felt like I didn't get to fully enjoy the ride. Neither my husband nor I felt it was worth riding it again to see if it was any better, but I'll be riding it again in a few months when I go with a friend. And my husband IS a big Star Wars fan, AND we basically walked right on and still didn't feel it was great. We agreed that it was worth riding once or if there's no wait, but we wouldn't go out of our way to ride it.

Pros:

cool for Star Wars fans

Cons:

motion sickness; way overhyped

One of the more disappointing rides that I have been on. The line is themed really well. I think the reason I don't like it is because I had great expectations for a ride that is supposed to fulfill the dream of piloting the Millennium Falcon. The simulation is very limited though to ensure that you follow the plot line which is what is so sad. You still should ride it once I would say just for the line.

Pros:

Line is so well themed. Star Wars.

Cons:

Are you really controlling it?

I did the single rider line so I don’t know the scenery I missed. Once in the room with the chess board or whatever it is, I found it went very fast. No time to even take a picture. We were handed cards and I was a gunner. We were rushed into seats, hurry to check yellow seat belts and we were off in a flash! Omg! I’m not sure if my part was in automatic or not. The command to shoot and the flashing light was so compelling, I barely looked forward! The seat did move around a lot, no worries. At the end it was , what just happened? I definitely will ride again and ignore the urge to push a button. Unless I’m in the front seat, that is my plan

Pros:

Authentic surroundings, a more realistic feel than Star Tours

Cons:

Sideshow of lights and buttons detracted from the experience. The Millennium Falcon itself is rather high in the park, I wish it was ground level. I knew I was in front of it but I didn’t feel connected
