NEWS: Temporary CLOSURE Announced for Popular Disney World Food Truck

A beloved Disney Springs food truck is going away, at least for a little while.

Since its opening in 2018, the 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck — an offshoot of the 4 Rivers Smokehouse restaurant chain — has been a go-to stop for those looking for delicious and quick “authentic Mexican-inspired innovative dishes” at Disney Springs. However, those die-hard customers will need to find their fix somewhere else, at least for a while. 

The food truck announced on Instagram that they would be closing for a refurbishment as of April 15th, with no reopening date confirmed. 

The post read, “We are taking a little siesta! Starting today, April 15th our food truck will be unavailable as we refurbish it to look smokin’ good. We look forward to serving you again soon.”

Personally, we can’t wait for the food truck to reopen, as 4 Rivers Cantina Barbocoa, as we thoroughly enjoy items like the Taco Cone, Birria Tacos or Quesadilla, Street Tacos, or Cantina trip. Stay tuned to AllEars for updates on when the 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck will reopen.
