Love all of this but if you can do a packable rain coat that’s even better bc it can fit in your bag for the rest of the day! Also the Birkenstocks while I love them they are difficult in the rain because your feet slide around in them. Love the pocket umbrella! All great ideas

Pros:

Easily stored in your bag

Cons:

Sliding around in the birks when it’s raining, they are much better for dry days.
